Dig It Out! Ludum Dare 48 Submission

After recently losing his job, our guy decided to pick up his shovel and metal detector in a final bid to try and salvage whatever cash he can and hopefully keep his house.

Wander through the sparsely populated vicinity of the guy's house and use the metal detector to find things to dig up. When you see the exclamation point and hear the beep, you're close to some buried treasure!

The theme was "Deeper and Deeper" and I thought to myself, "Why not deeper in debt?" So have fun trying to dig yourself out of that one. It's my first Ludum Dare project, and I gotta say I had a lot of fun with it. Definitely going to take part in more jams in the future! I hope you have as much fun playing it as I had making it!

Controls:

Move with A/D keys, or the arrow keys, or even the left stick or D-pad of your controller.

Dig stuff up with the spacebar, enter key, or A button.

Hit Escape at any time to exit to the desktop.

Alt + Enter to enter fullscreen if you prefer.
